By creating an account or using SothanAI (the "Service"), operated by Precisedatum Ai Solutions Private Limited ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. About the Service

SothanAI is a fully digital, AI-powered learning and assessment platform for TNPSC (Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission) exam preparation. It provides practice questions, mock exams, study materials, AI explanations, performance analytics, and related learning tools through our website and mobile application. We do not sell or ship any physical products.

3. Accounts and Registration

• • You can register using Google sign-in or a mobile number with OTP verification
• • You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date
• • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account
• • One account is meant for one person — accounts must not be shared, rented, or resold
• • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or show signs of abuse or fraud

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a free trial with access to premium features. The trial requires no payment details and no card. When the trial period ends, your account automatically moves to the free tier — no charge is ever made, and nothing needs to be cancelled.

5. Paid Plans and Payments

• • Plans grant access for their stated duration (number of days) from the date of activation
• • Package names describe the exam content included; access is always sold by duration, not by exam date
• • Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change; the price at the time of your purchase applies to you
• • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; we never store your card details
• • Some features carry usage limits (credits) that are part of the plan you purchase

6. One-Time Purchases

In addition to plans, some items are sold individually as one-time purchases:

• • PDF study materials — digital files available for download after payment
• • Weakness Diagnostic tests — pay-per-test diagnostics billed per subject and test type

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Copy, scrape, download in bulk, redistribute, or resell our question banks, study materials, or AI-generated content
• • Share your account or purchased content with others
• • Attempt to bypass payment, credit limits, or access controls
• • Reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the platform or its security
• • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including question banks, explanations, study materials, software, design, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Precisedatum Ai Solutions Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own exam preparation only.

10. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, add, or remove features, content, or tools as the platform evolves. If we permanently discontinue the Service during your active paid period, you will be eligible for a proportional refund of the unused period.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms; in cases of deliberate abuse or fraud, no refund is owed for the remaining period.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including exam outcomes.

Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
